BellaClique Affiliate Program Agreement

This Affiliate Program Agreement (the "Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions between BellaClique ("we," "our," "us") and you ("Affiliate," "you," "your") regarding your participation in the BellaClique Affiliate Program (the "Program"). By applying to or participating in the Program, you agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Program Overview

The BellaClique Affiliate Program enables you to earn a commission for sales generated through your unique affiliate links. Commissions range from 15% to 30%, varying based on product categories, promotional periods, and official announcements.

You can join the BellaClique Affiliate Program through popular affiliate platforms such as Impact, ShareASale, and others. Simply apply through these networks to get started!

2. Eligibility

  • Affiliates must be at least 18 years old to participate.
  • Affiliates must own or manage platforms (websites, social media accounts, or other channels) that align with BellaClique’s brand values.
  • We reserve the right to reject applications or terminate participation at any time for any reason, including but not limited to content that is illegal, offensive, or harmful to BellaClique’s reputation.

3. Commission Structure

  • Commissions will be paid as a percentage of the net sales generated through your affiliate link. The percentage will range from 15% to 30%, subject to adjustments based on product categories and promotional periods.
  • Specific commission rates for products and timeframes will be announced officially through BellaClique’s communication channels (e.g., email, Affiliate dashboard).
  • No commission will be paid on returns, chargebacks, or canceled orders.

4. Affiliate Responsibilities

  • Promote BellaClique products in a lawful, honest, and ethical manner.
  • Use only authorized marketing materials provided by BellaClique.
  • Ensure that your promotions comply with all applicable laws, including FTC disclosure guidelines and GDPR (if applicable).
  • Avoid misleading claims, false advertising, or spam practices.

5. Affiliate Restrictions

Affiliates are prohibited from:

  • Using BellaClique trademarks or branding in any domain names or unauthorized advertising materials.
  • Engaging in activities such as cookie stuffing, click fraud, or similar unethical behaviors.
  • Running paid search campaigns that bid on BellaClique’s trademarks or brand-related keywords.
  • Misrepresenting your relationship with BellaClique.

6. Payment Terms

  • Commissions are paid monthly, approximately 30 days after the end of each month, to allow for returns and order validation.
  • Payments will be made via [insert payment method, e.g., PayPal, bank transfer, etc.].
  • Affiliates must meet a minimum threshold of $50 in earnings to receive payment. If the threshold is not met, earnings will roll over to the next payment period.

7. Joining the Program

BellaClique welcomes Affiliates from various platforms and networks. You can apply to join the Program via popular affiliate networks like Impact and ShareASale. Once accepted, you will gain access to all promotional materials and tracking links to start earning commissions.

8. Term and Termination

  • This Agreement begins upon your acceptance into the Program and continues until terminated by either party.
  • You may terminate your participation at any time by notifying us in writing.
  • BellaClique may terminate this Agreement and your participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause, including for violations of this Agreement.
  • Upon termination, you will no longer have access to the Affiliate dashboard, and all unpaid commissions below the payment threshold will be forfeited.

9. Confidentiality

As part of the Program, you may gain access to confidential information, such as promotional strategies or sales data. You agree to keep such information strictly confidential and not use it for any purpose other than participation in the Program.

10. Intellectual Property

  • BellaClique retains all rights to its trademarks, logos, and branding materials.
  • Affiliates are granted a limited, revocable license to use BellaClique’s authorized materials solely for the purpose of promoting BellaClique products.

11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

  • BellaClique makes no express or implied warranties regarding the Program or its operation.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program, including lost revenue or data.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved exclusively in the courts of [Insert Jurisdiction].

13. Amendments

BellaClique reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes via email or through the Affiliate dashboard. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

By applying to or participating in the BellaClique Affiliate Program through platforms such as Impact or ShareASale, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Agreement.
